I have lived at the cedars for about two years now, and my experience has been an enjoyable one. Granted, I did have a small problem with waterbugs when I first moved in, but the staff had pest control come out right away and I have not seen any since. Anywhere you go there are going to be problems, but for the price and location of these apartments, I would say they are well worth it.
