Good... then Bad

I have lived here for 3 years now. The first two years of my living here was wonderful. The maintenance has been timely when I asked for repairs, the management had been courteous and professional, and everything was nice, the first two years. The last year I have lived here has not been the most amazing experience. First is the water. It does frequently get shut off, but I still have $60 water bills. Also, I have had to go into to the rental office four times to get them to stop charging me a month to month fee, when I am ON A LEASE. I also got a notice from management saying that I was going to get evicted if I didn't have less noise in my apartment. I find that funny because I don't own a loud stereo, and since I have lived here, I have not had more than six people in my apartment, for more than half an hour. It turns out that sending harsh 21 day eviction notices is how the Cedars reacts to tenants complaining about noise, even if their complaints are ridiculous. The two bedroom apartment I live in is also not that big, and the closet space is not ideal. It's not all bad, it's just not the best. The good things are that the parking is good, it is a lot cheaper than most apartments in Greenbrier area, and there is convenient access to 64.
