Ok im going to tell you the whole truth. We just moved in 2 days ago and when we did a walk through we thought everything was ok with the place so we signed the lease when you take off your shoes and walk on the linoleum it is disgusting I have been cleaning them since we moved in no lie I have before during and after pics to prove it. Im honestly afraid to see what the carpet looks like when we clean it. Anyways the area is safe we did alot of research, yes the apartments are small but if you could put a price on safety with a military budget this is the place besides a cop literally lives in the next building. The only advice I have if you wanna move here is make them clean the place thoroughly before you move in.
