I moved here in 2004 and immediately noticed that management didn't seem too interested in renting to me or my family. Since it was a short notice move and a very nice looking place, we decided to go with it.
Rent was high, but we thought it would be worth it since it was a new establishment and in a convenient area.
Parking was a nightmare after 4pm on any given day. Many times you would have to park and walk from two to three building away (literally). It has subsided since then.
Most of the management doesn't seem too interested in attending to anyone other than potential renters. Many times I'd walk into the office and have to go find them!
My apartment wasn't as clean as i hoped it would be upon move-in. No one was available to conduct a walk-through inspection with me because there were three other people moving in at the very same time and two others waiting to view a model. I tried to set an appointment but I was told to just come in.
Overall it has been an okay experience.
However, I wouldn't recommend a first or second floor apartment. Noise is a problem!
I have not had any problems with maintenance.
