I lived there for well over a year. They are nicely done and newer, but they have very thin walls. We had 3 different people live above us and we could hear everything they did. The management office was nice enough, but they never took care of any issues. Kids played in the streets, blocking traffic right in front of their office and they were too busy twirling their hair to do anything. They also let the people with dogs walk them anywhere. You had to watch your step on the sidewalks because of all of the piles of poo. Parking was awful. Also, the hallways were filthy. We had dead bugs all over the walls. For the high price, I wouldn't bother.
