Rented a one bedroom on 3rd floor and it was great, the neighbors were great though it was loud due to being a poolside view. Then moved to a 2 bedroom apartment 2nd floor, you will hear everything your upstairs neighbor does and here your next door neighbor too and they will hear you. It is a complain on them then they retaliate and complain on you. The apartments are extremely nice BUT the walls and floors are too thin. It has been a NIGHTMARE in the second apartment and contemplating breaking the lease! The staff used to be helpful BUT now it seems they don't care if they lose a good tenant! I would not ever recommend this place ever! Buying a house is the only option! Parking is terrible also, they have CERTAIN RULES in the leases BUT not all tenants need to abide by the rules here. It is if the management has favorites, it is really a letdown. :(

OMG this following review by another user is EXACTLY what I originally posted I swear but backed it out, we seriously have the same exact thoughts!!!

"OUR FAMILY MOVED IN MAY 2004; THE PLACE WAS BRAND NEW, AND WE JUST MOVED OUT A FEW DAYS AGO. WE HAD TO PAY PENALTIES TO GET OUT OF THE LEASE EARLY, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT! FIRST OF ALL, WHEN WE MOVED IN, OUR APARTMENT WAS FILTHY - DUST EVERYWHERE, YOU NAME IT. THE CONSTRUCTION IS SHODDY AT BEST - THE WINDOWSILLS, MOLDINGS, AND EVEN SOME WALLS IN OUR UNIT WERE UNEVEN. THE NOISE IS TERRIBLE; UNLESS YOU LIVE ON THE THIRD FLOOR WHERE NO ONE IS ABOVE YOU, YOU WILL HEAR EVERYTHING THAT GOES ON UPSTAIRS. OUR UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS WERE AVERAGE SIZE PEOPLE AND IT SOUNDED LIKE A STAMPEDE OF ELEPHANTS WHENEVER THEY WOULD MOVE. LASTLY, THE MANAGEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING THEIR MONEY."
