I would never recommend anyone to live through what I have experienced at this place.
Start with when I moved in, the place was filled of builders dust and I thought I was going to have to take my asthmatic husband to the emergency. I complained about the A/C/ heater from day one and it's still not been fixed 1 1.2 year later. Our master bedroom have no flow and the company they sent said it was normal to have such a difference in flow since the room was further away. I might not be an A/C technician but I know that an apartment of 1160sqf is not big enough to have that problem. My house of 2500sqf does not have that problem! In the summer my master bedroom was like a sauna and the other bedroom like a meat freezer in the winter time the master bedroom was a meat freezer if it was cold outside and the other room hot. We had a period of time it was very cold outside in the 10s. I had the heater set on 78 and I woke up in the morning and it was 52F in my master bedroom. Not cool at all!

People are very inconsiderate around here not caring if they come home in the middle of the night waking up everyone, including management, who used to have parties on their balconies in the middle of the night. Some people have to get up in the middle of the night to get to work, even on weekends.

They want to charge you $500 to rent the movie theater when you are paying outrageous rent already. You are healthier by not using the gym since it's covered in dust and is barely ever cleaned.

Parking is insane. The management keep sending noticed to everyone that you will be towed if you park on the curb or other but I have not yet seen one care getting towed. On top of that the management park in the handicap zones illegally, and when you call the towing company that is posted on signs in the area, the towing company tell you that in order for them to tow a car the management have to call them, not a resident. They did not include enough parking spaces for this place; you might have to park on the other side of the complex and walk to your apartment.

The trash compactor is way too small and they close it down because it's full. In the summer it really stinks. The pool is so small for a large complex like this and everyone are like on top of each other in the summer time.

The management does not know what they are doing. They forgot to give me a renewal notice when my year lease was up and went I went down to ask about it they had put me down for move out in 2 weeks. I had not said I was moving out. They said "Oooppps we marked your apartment instead of someone else's I guess". Then I asked them "I do not have time to read my lease what will I loose on breaking my lease'" they answer "oh only the security deposit of $160". 6 months later they want $1310 = a months rent from me, saying it must have been some miscommunication.
I have gotten eviction notices on my door when it was meant for someone else; I had to sign my renewal lease 4 times since they kept making errors on it.
