I have lived at Alta Cove since the summer of 2004. I have had many apartment experiences due to the fact that my husband is in the military and we move often! Overall, the apartments are nice, the staff is friendly and the neighbors are great. You pay more than other apartments in the area, but in paying more you don't have to deal with the bad neighbors that you would usually encounter at less expensive apartment complex's.

Of course there is no such thing as perfect, but that is the trade off for living in an apartment. I have had to deal with the occasional loud neighbor (specifically the girl that lives above me and likes to build furniture), but all in all it has been a positive experience. The maintenance staff is very friendly and has even come to my apartment to help put up my curtains. The office staff is very helpful (with the exception of one girl) and parking is not a problem in the building I live in.

Safety is not an issue here either. I feel safe enough to leave my windows open and I live on the first floor. The only time I have seen police here is for a noise complaint and an older person had a heart attack.

Unfortunately, my husband and I are moving. If I could pick this place up and move it to where I am going, I would. I would recommend Alta Cove to friends and family.

Do they have three bedrooms, and what are their prices?

I believe that a three bedroom starts at around $1400. I live in a 2bed/2bath and I pay $1190 and it's about 1100 square feet.
