The Pros & Cons of this apartment complex. The Staff are professional but one needs to be more assertive with her job duties. The other ones float from day to day business with minor glitches.

Maintenance. Good point. There is one Maintenance Man who serves us all. He is the groundskeeper,the HVAC technician, dumpster operator to name a few. He manages himself, and does a rather good job, but needs some other workerbees.

Trash is a common thing in our building.. ie, left outside there door so we can utilize 2 of our 6 senses of smell and sight. "Kodak moment maybe needing some jpeg views mailed to corporate."

Christmas trees our really appealing when you walk your dog on the foot path, and some tenants utilize this path as a makeshift forest.

Parking situation. Pricesless in all respects. There are handful of tenants that live here and that fail to follow the rules of retrieving there car sticker from the apartment manager. No problem if you do not have a sticker, you have MVP visitor parking with no questions asked. And if you abide by the rules as the majority of tenants, you have to walk from possibly two to three complexes where you have a parking spot. Enough said on that study.

Barbeques are neglected and not maintained. Ceilings have structural visual cracks to name a few highligts.

Been here one year now, and can't wait to see what improvements are on the horizon.

I am not griping, but want to give future tenants awareness of the growing pains of Empirian of Chesapeake, Va.

Good neighborhood, not alot of crime here like the Birches have, but you will pay good money to reside here.
