This place has totally gone downhill. It use to be nice when it was brand new but now that it is getting older it is really breaking down. Mildew grows everywhere and you can complain to management but they only have one maintenence person now. Carpets are horrible. After 2 years in them, they make the tenent pay to replace when you move out. Just from where and other past tenents pet smell remained. They don't want kids to play outside - afraid of lawsuits. New manager is horrible, allows maintenence to walk into your apartment and bedroom without asking, EVEN WHEN YOU ARE STILL IN BED AND SLEEPING. They just ignore you while they work.
