Empirian sent out a memo to all their residents offering $100 off of rent if they posted a good review. That's the only reason that anyone did it. If you notice, all the good reviews came around October. However they never followed through with their offer.
This place is awful. Parking is never available and is not being regulated. Every couple of months the excuse is "We're out of parking stickers, but we'll be getting some soon." How much does it take to order them when their getting low'
There are no maintenance staff (they all quit, I can imagine why) anymore so it is impossible to get anything taken care of.
Landscaping in the main areas is great but not so much around the apartments.
They put on a good show, but things are different once you move in.

I agree this place is CRAP...don't believe anything the front office staff tells you
