New manager and acting manager are only concerned with making money and show very little interest in making sure tenants are happy. The grounds are well cared for with a great maintenance crew but that is overshadowed by any involvment with the front office. We have made several complaints about water leaking and staining the carpet with no results. The location of Interstate 64 directly behind the apartments makes going to bed sound like resting at a Motel 8. Recently the apartment management came up with a crafty idea to raise their poor reviews from a mere 38 percent approval rating, by offering raffled discounted rent to residents who gave the Empirian rave reviews. Look for another place to live, you'll thank yourself later!!!

I think the new manager and acting manager have been doing a great job. The new manager took over for a week or two and then left on maternity leave so the new assistant manager had to do both jobs. I feel sorry for them for the amount of stuff they have to deal with. I think they care about the residents because they are having a fall carnival at the end of the month and a meeting next week to invite residents to come to the office to tell them how they can improve and kids movie night. It sounds like somebody just can't pay their rent and is looking for a way out of their lease. You can tell all the bitter people who come on this site to complain. No one takes the time to compliment anymore. It is really sad what some people will do.

It appears that alot of inside knowledge was posted in response to this rating. The managers are giving money to residents who leave good feedback on this site. What is stopping them from logging on and posting bogus reviews and responding to negative comments pretending to be tenants? Nothing. I don't think these people have a problem paying their rent, I think their problem is poor management and location.

if the location is so bad, why did you move there? They can't fake the location. YOU CHOSE TO LIVE IN THAT LOCATION!
