I lived at Empirian last year. We moved due when we purchased our home. I loved it! I actually miss it sometimes. The girls in the office have always been very friendly and accommodating. I had only 1 maintenance issue and it was resolved in less than 3 hours.

We loved that the pool was staffed by someone who would try to enforce the rules. They made everyone sign in to try to keep people from the Birches out. We never had a problem with that.

The other residents were also very friendly! We made many friends there. I love that they have all those grills around the pool. They did need to work, but for as much use as they got, they cooked my food just fine.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I loved it!

Nobody enforces anything at this place. The only thing enforced are evictions, I believe. The administrative staff would be better served if the people they report to actually cared. The problems here are from the top, down. Anyone missing this place has very poor standards of living. The pool is never staffed, and maintenance takes 3 weeks and 5 visits to replace your refrigerator. Make sure you have an extra budget for ice, or to dine out until they finally figure it out. 5 complaints!!! Jeez!
