If you are moving here, I recommend getting a 3rd floor unit. Lived on the 2nd floor and heard the people above us every night. We heard everything...the fights, screaming, breaking stuff and I am pretty sure they had an elephant living up there. We complained to management numerous times and they did nothing. Had to call the police several times due to noise at 3:00 AM on a weekday. Treadmills and TVs in fitness room rarely work. Grills dont work and parking is sometimes an issue. Be sure your friends get a visitor or they will be towed to the ghetto and $150 later they will get their car back. It looks nice on the outside...but it is very expensive and overall not worth it.

I dont think you can judge the quality of an apartment complex on the fact that you had rude neighbors above you breaking things and yelling. That can happen no matter where you live. Even if you own your own house you could have disrespectful people next door. I do agree with the quality of the gym equipment but wasnt always that bad. As far as your visitors being towed away, I am glad they were. There are large signs posted all over the complex and large white letters painted visitor on certain spots. If a tenant has visitors that cant read of follow directions its there own fault. I lived there for 3 years and it is a very nice complex for anyone reading this and thinking of moving there.
