I lived on 700 Montauk 303 for some time, and in my opinion the leasing agents only care about giving potential customers a good first impression. Once you transition from a potential resident to a resident, you will see the true face of an administrative office that cares very little, and require you to follow up with them as if they were 6 years old children. Actually, I am convinced my children where more accountable than these people when they were even less than 6 years old. I even contacted the urgent maintenance line one night to be told that "a clogged toilet is not an emergency"!! I had to search for a store after midnight to personally purchase the items I needed to take care of the clogged toilet.
Well, the latest is that they do not like to return the security deposit, and will have a collections agency harass you and threaten to report you to the credit bureau because they refuse to do their jobs and reproduce supporting documentation that you owe whatever they reported to the collection agency. I have been dealing with this situation during four month to this date, and still have yet received an invoice detailing the alleged charges. I had to pay to the collection agency because I had no option. Don't put yourself in that position. Look elsewhere!! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
