Maintence has imporved ALOT!! I still don't think the rent is worth the apt type,but for the location its good.We have a 2bdr with a den ( GOOD SIZE) No amenties at these apts. They have one laundry room for the whole apt complex. There is 4 washers and 4 dryers. Laundry room does need to be kept cleaner,then it is-afterall its your laundry.Grounds are ok.Hallways,entrance-exit ways do need to be kept much cleaner then they are. Let me correct myself on the roach problem. Its not terribly bad,and if you request a spray-you will get it. The cabinets and stoves ,flooring is old if not old very outdated and used from other tenants. There is a playgournd at the corner of the apts-it is for older children,but it is really wobbly and outdated,paint is old.They did replace some swings over there. The windows are ok. BUT they do come off track very easy-like if you push them up to fast or something, The carpet in my apt wasnt cleaned very good at all.There are exhaust fans in the walls,and they do need to be cleaned real bad!
MAKE SURE YOU ASK ABOUT THE PARKING DECAL'S HERE-OR YOUR VEHICLE WILL GET TOWED. lease.
My mom lived here in 1990 and she said everything is the same and rent was $450.00 then. They allow small pets but people brake the rules and bring in large dogs I have patched holes in my walls and I actually fixed the tile in our bathroom-it was falling off the wall so I pasted it back up. Our tiolet was rocking back and forth for 4 monthes they finally came in and fixed the seal around the bottom. I mean if your single and need a place to stay or are in the military and never here,then fine come live here.
*Most of all of my problems have been fixed by the new maintence people* Let the original rental property manager know about any problems,no one else because it will not get fixed! That was my problem,I let the wrong person know.
