Over the last 4 years, my largest complaint is that the maintenance staff has significantly decreased in quality. Maintenance here would rather tell you why they can't do something or fix the symptoms and not the cause of problems. My ceiling has leaked several times over the last 2 months because of A/C problems with the upstairs neighbors, mold in A/C unit, etc. that has never been resolved. Ground maintenance is exceptional - wish I could say the same for the internal maintenance. Walls are fairly thin, you can hear (muffled) conversations through the walls, and definitely music. Rent increases every year. Although spacious, not worth the $$ for lack of service.
