The complex grounds are nicely manicured, and it is also nice to have a private entry to your apartment (much like a house). Has a nice variety of floor plans.

However I do not reccomend this complex becasue the staff is not nice, it is in a very ghetto and dark part of town, and its a long drive to the norfolk base. Maintenance people are rude and they respond slowly. And they are terrible you have an emergency on a weekend!

The train is VERY annoying and loud. It comes by all day long. The security officer at the front gate doesn't do anything... They usually are in there reading a book or not really paying attention.

There are little black kids running around the complex alot and getting into the gym and hottub unattended.

They are not courteous to military people having to transfer. They try to charge you 590.00 termination fee! Rediculous!

As you can see, you would be MUCH better off living in Virginia Beach,Virginia. I reccomned Lattitudes apartments.

I understand that you are making your point and claim about the apartment complex; However you did not have to refer to the kids running around the complex as "little black kids". So what really is your problem was it that kids were running around or that it was black kids. That comment was very poorely written. Next time when you make your complaints try to leave the color card out of it!

i think if you read the line"dark part of town" that the issue is the race card. It is illegal for realetors or apartment to tell you the race percentage. this is someone way of letting you know.
