I have lived in this apartment complex for a little over 9 months. During that time our air conditioner froze over and then leaked all over the floor. Maitenance was called during business hours and we were told someone would be by later. I guess they should have specified that we had to call back 4-5 times and complain to the property manager before someone came out. They "fixed" the ac, yet mysteriously it broke again a week later and this time froze all the way outside and the end result was water damage all along the wall where the pipes were. This time it only took two or three calls. Now multiply this situation about 5 times for 5 different things and you can understand why I consider this a not so great place to live. Parking is another issue, evil parking ---- neighbors claim that spaces are theirs.. even though there are no assigned spaces and no limit to the amount of cars a renter may have. So not such a good experience, I'm not sad that I'm leaving my lease early.
