Holly Point on paper sounds great: beautiful landscaping, spacious apartments, controlled entrances....right. The security aspect of this apartment is a joke. They have a security guard on the grounds starting around 5 pm. Like a previous poster said, all you have to do is drive by and wave at the guard. They don't check anything and anyone can come in. What is the use of having a security guard in the evening' ANYONE CAN COME IN ALL DAY LONG!!! Two of my neighbors have had their cars broken into with items stolen. This happened again last night with a report of gunshots. My lease is coming up soon and I will not be renewing.

I must have found the lead from the bullet when I was walking around the complex. It creeped me out then, I never heard the gunshot.
