I CAN NOT STAND IT HERE. I beg with every bone in my body PLEASE do NOT move here.Me and my husband and our 5 year old daughter moved to the area from another state and did our application and everything via fax. We knew there was going to be a problem the first phone call to the complex. Me and my husband had no idea that we were inquiring about the same complex. One consultant told my husband that the deposit was one amount and another told me a different amount. We were also told different amounts for a pet fee. We were told to EXPRESS mail our original applications, even though we would get there the same day the EXPRESS mail would get there or before, and a 30.00 application fee. We did, and then we were told by another consultant that there was no application fee and that they would subtract the 30.00 from the amount owed. AMOUNT OWED!!! The rent for the 2 bed 2 bath apartment is 1335 (20.00 extra for a pomeranian) Get this we recieved one month free and 667 for the next month. There is a 500.00 deposit 125.00 pet deposit fee and another 150 admin fee. We paid 795.00 just to move in. Anyway when we arrived the apartment was not ready. They kept calling me and calling me on my cell saying that that they needed me to come in and pay the 795 even though the apartment was not ready. I told them that I was not paying anything until I see the apartment. I had to ignore calls. Since they gave me an address I drove by to see if I could see through the window and the "HOUSE CLEANERS" were inside, so that was not an option all the blinds were closed as well. I finally got to see the apartment the following day and it was fair. The grounds here are great and they will tell you that they just recently updated the leasing office. All that is spent on these grounds and the furnishings in the leasing office these apartments could have been updated. All of the original (from the 80's) appliances are in the kitchen and the bath rooms are just as old. There are still the stainless steal soap dish and tooth brush rack hanging on the wall and there is no counter space. Ladies be ware, I put my hair items under the cabinet and there is a leak so need I say I have to buy more The next time I move into an apartment I will for go a full inspection as if we were buying a HOUSE. The size of the rooms are great and I love the open floor plan. I am 5'5 and the lighting over the dining table hit me in the head as well as the one in the kitchen. The sockets don't hold a plug. They shoot back at you.. I complained to the MANAGER and that person is RUDE. They all are. Now get this...This takes the cake. They ran our credit, took a money order, gave us keys and allow us to move in and here it is almost 2 weeks and NO ONE HAS ASKED TO SEE A PICTURE I.D.

We were thinking about breaking our leasae but that is too expensive. I dont like that they built that ENERGY EFFICIENT leasing office and my apartment stays hot when the sun is up and cold in the evening.
