| 05/06/2013 | I am not an apartment fan, period. Before visiting Holly Point, I was a bit hesitant about the apartment lifestyle. When we pulled onto the grounds, however, I was very pleased with the landscaping and water features of the community. The clubhouse is very well maintained and well appointed. The apartment that I ended up renting was very clean and well prepared for us. We did not ever feel like our home was attached to another home.
