I am young and this is my first apartment. I actually do like it here. This entire area is very expensive so you aren't going to find a one bedroom less than $700 ANYWHERE that you want to come home to or feel safe in. And the one bedroom is small but I've seen smaller that were more expensive. I think the grounds are pretty with the trees, lake and golf course. I haven't had any issues with getting things fixed. They always come the first or second day of it being called. I do live on the second floor and I rarely see my neighbors so I feel like its a very quiet place to live. I also don't go out of my way to be loud. I would recommend Ivy Stone to other people to live in. They aren't like the new luxury apartments going up in every direction but I don't want to spend $1,000 on a one bedroom either!
