I have lived here for 6 months. Everything that has ever been broken in my apt. has been fixed the same day I reported it. Sometimes the dumpsters get full but are never overflowing for more than one day. Ivystone is a nice place to live, and the prices a mostly fair for the location and size of the apartments. I have seen a few bugs, but nothing that's not typical of a residential home. Sometimes parking gets full but there is always a place to park within two or three of apt. buildings.
