First of all, forget about maintenance unless you want them to let someone in your apartment that you don't trust. They constantly seem like they are looking for something to steal. The staff are completely rude and the only thing they seem to care about is getting MORE money from you. Both my car and my boyfriend's cars got towed. Both without notice. Mine was parked on a curb with NO SIGN OR ANYTHING. Yet, when I asked why I got towed, the lady said, "it's common sense not to park next to a curb". Well, yea if the curb is YELLOW or says TOWING ENFORCED... which it did NOT. Yes, the area is nice, I ride my bike everywhere. But it is not worth the money for the amount of space. Just the staff in general makes me not recommend it. It's like they have never heard of customer service! I do like my neighbors, and the grounds are nice. Parking can be tough. The thing that really bugs me is that they don't offer recycling. Maybe that is asking too much. Either way, don't count on getting any help from the staff OR maintenance. I've called so many times for the same things, they never come!
