I have lived in Ivystone for two years and am moving out on Friday, THANK GOD! TEver since the management has changed this place had really gone downhill fast. The apartments are overpriced for what you get. I have had so many problems since I have been here. The upstairs apt had water leaking all down my walls and soaked my carpet. Rather than replacing the carpet they just cleaned it, there is a huge amount of mold beneath it. They never cleaned the water stains on the walls. And the BUGS....the biggest roaches you have ever seen, bugs that I didnt know existed and last but not least a MOUSE in my apt. Please I beg you do not move here...its sooo shady! Anywhere but here, I warn you!
