I am sorry I ever signed the lease for this place. The carpets stink because they were not cleaned before we moved in and there was a huge leak. Their solution was to make us move all of our stuff out (didnt even offer us storage space to move the furniture to in the meantime). Roommate and I refused and dealt with the smell as best we could. Bugs have been a horrid problem as well, and the guy they send around to spray some weak crap on the baseboards accomplished nothing. And to cap it all off, they deposited my most recent rent check TWICE and have been most unhelpful in solving the problem. I am considering speaking with a lawyer to see if we have any options at all for getting out of the lease for this horribly run rat hole.

What a horrible move I made! Ivystone Apartments has gone to the ...roaches!! Terrible management, even worst maintenance and millions roaches all over the place. When you look at the empty apartments you can not tell, however once you've moved all your furniture in the little cockroaches start coming out of the woodwork. I think this used to be a nice little apartment complex but those days are long gone. The area is what attracted me. But don't be fooled, it may be a nice area but take my word for it, you will regret moving in here.
