The office employee doesn't know what customer service is all about. First of all, she doesn't smile and talks with that "irritated" tone.
They were initially prompt to send someone over in our first month here. But things changed all of a sudden. There's a lot to complain about: the roaches, heater and a/c that doesn't work right or maybe because of poor insulation, dog poop and trash, tennis court that's dirty and without a net, shrubs that grows with trees, employees that don't attend promptly to your complaints. My list could go on with emphasis on the grumpy attitude of the person who deals with us renters. It's up for you to decide if you still want to be here. And I don't know if it would help, we've complained about the clogged gutter since we got here, and the person they sent over to fix it, didn't make it here yet.
