Me and my boyfriend have lived in the apartment for 11 months now. It is terrible. We have had alot of roaches, we had problems with leaks, The neighbors are so disrespectful, maintenance is horrible, the rent you have to pay to live here is ridiculous. We were paying almost $300.00 dollars a month for our electric bill because of the leaks and plumbers had to come in and jackhammer our floor (the whole hallway, under the washer and dryer and under the hot water heater). It was crazy. Not only did they do a horrible job but the got mud everywhere and ruined the carpet. They never came to fix the carpet and never cleaned the mud. The office wouldn't help us at all with the payment for our electric (which was their problem). We are still trying to pay off the money for the electric. I have not ever once seen or heard of maintenance coming out to fix anything. This place sucks. We pay $800.00 a month for a small apartment with one bedroom. So many problems and no one fixes them or helps. I would recommend that anyone looking for an apartment, Do NOT come here. its a waste of money and its a crap hole.
