Ivystone's marketing slogan is "Come live the life you deserve". Well, if you deserve to live in the slum with roaches and rats. If you deserve to walk outside on the grass and step on dog feces. If you deserve to have your kids play around unsafe equipment and gangs then YES, Ivystone is the place for you.


The bottom line, The only people that deserve to live at Ivystone are career criminals and lowlife's that don't want to better their lives one bit. For the rest of us who work hard everyday to try to better the lives of ourselves, our spouses, and our kids, we deserve a hell of a lot more than what Ivystone can provide. For 900 plus dollars a month for rent you too can come live the "life you deserve". Ivystone is a joke. Read the post from the guy who works there. I'm glad someone who was or is employeed by this bootleg company finally stood up and told the truth about this place.

Thanks for the heads up. I know now to stay away from this place. Not only this place, but all the properties that Bonaventure manages. Let's see Bonaventure manages Ivystone, Oaklake,(Chesapeake) St. Croix, Brookfield, (Va Beach) and The Gates of Westbay in Norfolk. Every property they touch goes into the gutter.

wow, nasty!!!! i stopped by there and the-----------woman in the office gave me some information. i dont think i'll be going back considering all the comments. not taking any chances, office looked nice though.

you must have talked to ----------------------. Was she high. LOL. Yea they want the office to be nice so they can say "look how nice it is here. Just go knock on a few doors and ask people who live in that dump how they feel. You made the right decision not to go back. Ivystone is THE ONLY COMMUNITY IN GREENBRIER THAT IS GHETTO.

OMG!!!!! OMG!!!!!! IS THAT A RAT!!! EEEEWWWWWWW!!! THEY HAVE RATS THERE. PEOPLE ACTULLY LIVE THERE WITH RATS RUNNING AROUND. I will make sure no one I know EVER rents a apartment out there. Who wants to go over their friend's house and have a rat running around the apartment. Especially if you have kids. EEEEWWWWWW.
