I moved in at the end of last year, and want to give credit to all of the changes! You go Ivystone staff! This place has been changing for the better since I moved in. Everywhere has issues but at least these people are trying to change it. Most places dont. I came home today and the 2 girls and the guy from the office were out watering the flowers and planting some! Hey give them some props for trying to keep the place looking nice! Ivystone is really a great place it just needs the people that live here to care a lot more than what they have. The maintenance is great,when I have a problem it gets fixed pretty quick granted its only been 2 things but hey its done! The manager is out on the property all of the time making sure everything is good. I hope if your reading this you come check it out because it is a very nice place.

LOL good post ---- and ---. you two will stop at nothing to sell this dump HUH. LOL. Planting flowers LOL. the maintenance staff that knows what they are doing a big LOL. Yea I encourage everyone to check out this property. But be smart about it and don't go into the office. Just walk around the property. You will see spider infestations, Discolored sidewalks, clogged gutters, missing gutters, A/C's that have wires exposed, dog ---- everywhere, trash behind bushes, tennis court with no net, etc. After you walk around a while if you see someone who lives there, ask them how their experiences have been. After that, then go into the office and listen to the lies they tell you. This is the funniest stuff on the internet. Reading how you (--- and ----) will stop at nothing to sell this place. LOLOLOLOLOL

I agree. Nice try ----, but you not fooling no one. Everyone knows your writing these so called "positive reviews". LOL. You say this place would be better if the people who lives here care. How the hell can they care when the damn people who run it don't care. Your post is MORONIC to say the least. Your a SHMUCK. Someone would have to be a idiot to believe the office didn't write that review. Man this place is pure comedy.

They a couple of Morons. What they do is go back and forth writing good reviews like the one above to try to get people to move in there. They know that anyone who has ever lived there has nothing good to say about this place. Just drive past the place. There are soooooo many communities that are way better than Ivystone.
