i lived at ivystone for almost 2 years and it was horrible....our apartment was roach infested, had mold, the air conditioning was constantley broken....and there were spiders everywhere.....the breaking point was when i woke up and there was a spider crawling on my arm and i looked up and there were at least six more on the ceiling...the water heater from the guy above us broke and our apartment had 5inches of free standing water in it....the let everything dry and repainted the ceiling to cover up the mold and discoloration....i would not suggest any to live in these apartments...they do not car about there renters at all!!!!!

Well, never had a problem with spiders. Had problems with mold and roaches though. They had a exterminator come out and 2 days later the roaches were back. AND YES I KEEP A CLEAN HOUSE. The mold issues are still there. All they do is come over, spray with bleach, and leave. a week later its back. The real problem I have is with the----------------in the office. The manager lady with the -------. She is mean as hell. I don't care, I'm leaving at the end of the month so oh well.

Mold is a health and safety issue, you should report them.

report to whom. The----------------------in the office. All they do is send over retarded maintenance guys to spray with bleach and paint. I can do that myself. The drywall needs to be replaced. The only problem with that is Ivystone does not want to spend the money to replace it. Apparently, the maintenance staff does not know how to do it. BIG SHOCKER THERE. "living the life I deserve". I must have been a really bad person in my former life to "deserve" this.

There is something you can do. Call the office, report the mold, and when they dont fix it, call the city on them....then they will have to fix it or they will get in trouble by the city. I think its code enforcement. Of course they have a certain amount of time to do it in, but thats how you get ANY issues fixed. You have to report to the office first though or it could end up giving them additional time to get things fixed.
