Maintenance staff is terrible. Staff is rude, and they will get every drop of money from you while doing nothing to make the places better to live. I used to live here three years ago, and it was a nice place to live. Now, I wouldn't even get my enemy to live there.

Yea that slow ass Richie is the worst. He has no idea what he is doing. I asked that bum to look at my water heater and he said "ah ah I don't work on water heaters. I just put blinds up". WTF. How could you be a maintenance man and not know how to fix stuff.
