I am surprised by the amount of people who are saying bad things about Ivystone! Keep in mind the price you are paying (the cheapest in chesapeake), the location you are in (right in the heart of shopping and resturants), and what you are getting (a full sized washer and dryer in unit, fitness center (which is new), and nice private pool! Yes Ivystone has its flaws (as do EVERY apartment complex. But its nothing so terrible that someone wouldn't want to live here. If you want better your going to be paying 2-4 hundred more and I bet the maintenance staff with still be rude and slow. Ivystone is a great place to live for the price you are paying. Great for the money. I lived here for 1 1/2 years then moved out of state for 7 months and then came back to Ivystone. Highly recomended!

What pool we have lived here for two years and it has never opened due to cracks in it that cannot be fixed!!!!

I Laughed at this review just picturing the Dumb guy in the Leasing office Writting it And he is on dugs... or just really stupid he never knows whats going on or even rememeber what he or you said like 2 mins. ago...

EVERYTHING YOU HAVE POSTED IS A DAM LIE!!!!! Let me break down what is the real deal on this dump I am surprised by the amount of people who are saying bad things about Ivystone! {Are you serious, 9 out of 10 people wouldnt live here if you paid them too.} Keep in mind the price you are paying (the cheapest in chesapeake), {the price is cheap because ITS A HELL HOLE. What do you expect} the location you are in (right in the heart of shopping and resturants), {The location is good, no problem with that statement. }and what you are getting (a full sized washer and dryer in unit, fitness center {fitness center ????? OH! you mean the old office they converted huh. Yea good luck standing in line to use only 1 treadmill and some old ass dumbells.} (which is new), and nice private pool!{Hell yea the pool is private, ITS NEVER F-N OPEN. That is as private as it gets. The dozens of rats that swim in love it though.} Yes Ivystone has its flaws (as do EVERY apartment complex.{Ivystone has EVERY BAD FLAW YOU CAN HAVE.} But its nothing so terrible that someone wouldn't want to live here. {WHAT!!!!!
