Dec. 22: Sand Pebble Court
Dec. 28: Merchants Court - pizza delivery driver robbed
Dec. 29: Stoney Creek Arch - Chinese food delivery driver robbed
Jan. 1: Rue Marseille - woman walking dog robbed
Jan. 5: Rock Bridge

Please note the 3 Merchants Court incidents! I don't say this to scare current residents, just to give facts to those looking to move here. To those who already do, I would say be safe, get mace, and look for a new place.

What's the most recent crime rate for this area? why are you just now posting this as oppose to back in December/ January which was also the holiday season.Not to make excuses for the property but we are in a recession...therefore the crime rate every where is on the rise and those took place during the holiday season which should be expected. I have lived in Lakes since August 2007 and the only reason why I am leaving is due to job relocation. I hate to go. I have never been more satisfied with an apt complex before in the terms of safety, friendly staff and location.
