I have lived in Maplewood for two years and it has been a pleasant experience. I have wonderful neighbors and we have an excellent maintenance and management staff.
This community is located only minutes away from Norfolk, Portsmouth, Newport News, and one of my favorite places to shop, Chesapeake Square Mall.
I look forward to many more years here.

I find it really funny how the apartment complex got like 3 or 4 ratings in one day and then got another one the very next day.Thats more ratings then most apartments get all year.I truely feel like these ratings are coming from the people in the rental office.Thats okay to cause all of the things they said are true.It really is a great place to live.I would just advise them not to make it so obvious that they are doing there own ratings.I know they have like 11 units available.But its a great place.Its quiet and well kept and it is affordable.The units will lease quickly.
