A GIANT GHETTO, I'm breaking my lease.

6 reviews on the same day and 1 review the day after' Yep, someone in management or something definitely did those reviews. DON'T BELIEVE THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS.
Okay, here's the real deal on this apartment, sorry I wrote so much but all of it is worth it and 100% true.
It's decent. I've gotten what I've paid for. If anyone wants a decent apartment, you'll have to pay more to get more, simply put.

CONS:
When I first got here, I had to kill about 5 tiny spiders and one daddy longlegs spider. (I just had to kill a tiny spider on the toilet seat a few minutes ago) I HATE bugs.
Also, there was this bug that bit one of my guests, I told management about it, and she goes, "Oh well I'll give you some spray" I ALREADY have a can of Raid.
One day, I go into the kitchen, and suddenly I see about 20 something ants. I saw a crack in the countertop and knew that's where they were coming from. I went again to management and the woman asks me if I spray, I told her yes but I know where the source of the ants is, and she cuts me off to tell me about ant traps and gives me these worthless do nothing ant traps.
Luckily the secretary tells me she'll have maintenance check the crack out.
Maintenance comes a few days later, but not for the crack, but for a missing drawer I had. I tell him about the crack and he seems as if he doesn't want to do it but does it anyway just because he has to. He seals up the cracks and I still see an ant every now and then, but not often.
I've discovered more cracks on the edges of the carpet and one in the bathroom that I am going to have them fix.
The walls are thin, the person upstairs from me has a baby and I can hear it cry every now and again. Also, the neighbors are decent, but every now and then, loud rap music comes from a car outside.
The walls are also so thin you can hear the plumbing from it too, if someone is using the water.
Oh and don't get me STARTED on their "on site laundry room". That place is DISGUSTING. Walking in there is gross and I washed my clothes one evening, it came out smelling like vomit, I had to wash my clothes twice at a local laundromat in order to get rid of the smell.
The hot water is good... but there's a problem, NO COLD WATER, so if you like cold showers or cold water to brush your teeth or something... then I'm sorry, but you've lucked out here.

PROS:
The outside looks very nice.
The apartment is decent for what you pay for it.
They have a pool which I've never been in but it seems nice.
It is quiet at night for the most part.
There is a cop assigned to the units and it makes safety a good thing, kind of.
The parking is good and easily accessible.

SUMMARY:
I really can't wait until I get out of here. The only reason I'm not completely freaking out is because I used to live with roaches growing up (My mom kept a clean house but the neighbors didn't) so I'm used to the bugs even though I hate them and this is a step up from where I used to live, but not a big enough step and I will be moving out once my lease is up.
The last thing I need to deal with is bugs and management who act like slum landlords.
I've learned that in order to get more quality, you're going to have to pay more and my husband realizes that too.

UPDATE:
It just gets worse and worse. There are so many cracks in this apartment. A SLUG was found in the kitchen along with more spiders and somehow ants got in the dishwasher more than once.
The hot water heater burst and maintenance has some serious attitude.
I was threatened by a neighbor just because I tried to civilly talk to him when HE was making noise and cursing. I feel so unsafe here.
The landlord just kept making excuse after excuse for all of this and even tried DEFENDING the thug.
I had to tell some kids outside to stop throwing rocks at a dumpster. Where the heck are these parents''
I'm breaking my lease. I wouldn't advise ANYONE to live here unless you just love the ghetto.
I don't have to live like this, nor live with a landlord that claims that everyone gets bugs. Everyone DOES NOT get bugs.
