marina point sucks so bad. this was our first time renting and the manger said she didnt want to rent to us because we were 18 and teenagers are loud. she lost our rent 2 in 4 months and see only allows certain dogs because she doesnt like the way some smell. she is a ----- and mantience is so bad my dad had to come over and fix out bathroom because the tile was falling off for 3 months and he didnt want to fix it. i cant wait till july and im gone.
