The previous reviewers are correct: the rent does go up at least $30 every time you renew your lease. Also, there ARE problems with the teenagers -- my neighbor's deadbolt was broken off and money taken from her apartment. Also, at certain times, the police can be seen here at least 2 - 3 times a week. The quality of the building materials is also poor - the walls are practically like paper. If you live on an upper floor, you have to walk on eggshells. Our downstairs neighbor complains at the most minimal noise (ie., walking). It's ridiculous. You're better off spending your money on a mortgage for an actual home; this place bites. Also, housekeeping is lazy about actually, well, doing housekeeping....at times, the litter is kind of out of control; the breezeways and common areas desperately need to be cleaned and swept (they hardly ever are). Air filters are supposed to be changed every four months, but you have to ask them to do it - and if you don't, they won't do it - EVER. There is a laundry list of other complaints, but I don't have the time to list them all...just save your money and go somewhere else.

yes. i agree. the teenagers are very loud and the maintenance isn't good at all. yes the rent does go up. then the people in the office staff can be very rude. better off getting a house. it;s not worth the rent amount as far as the space is concerned. have seen bigger apts with lower rent.
