I lived at Shamrock Gardens for only one year. Yes, the manager was a little noisy and they did hit with a late fee on the 2nd of the month even though Virginia law is a 5 day grace period but other then that it was a good place to live. It was quite. The people were friendly and it was safe. I would have continued my lease except I bought a house. And with the manager, respectfully put her in her place and she will leave you alone but if you show that you are a push over she will walk all over you.

Very nicely put. I think that is fair if she knows you wont tolerate her being nosey, she backs off.
