We have not been here 5-6 months, and we have had problems that are just not worth the hassle.
We had termites swarming our bedroom only to be told the exterminater comes out on Fridays. Last I checked one doesnt pay 800 to have to either stay in a bedroom with bugs or stay at a friends house. Only to be covered up and other tenants have a major infestation as well and nothing was done.
The complex has a habit of putting notices for work being completed on the complex and that we have to move our cars for paving or the entrance ways to be repainted that is going to happen on a certain day. This only resorts to it not happening and then having it done on another day and not being able to access your apartment. Put it this way, at one point there was not a single maintence worker for the complex.
The apartments themselves are nice, decent. Good Size, dont really have any issues with crime. Biggest complaint is maintence and the fact that you have to cause a scene in order to get things accomplished. Refrigerator leaks water, stuff on move in sheet that the apartment had to fix in the 30 day time limit either still is not down or was done after the 30 days.
Laundry facility is nice, like the price for the ability to do so many loads of laundry.
