This place is an absolute nightmare. The maintenance staff is a joke and almost non-existent. All they are worried about is getting the vacant apartments nice and pretty for the new people and to hell with the people that are still living here. I have needed work done in my apartment for over 2 MONTHS and no one has come yet.

When you try to call the office. The manager is NEVER there. The one time I did get to talk to her - she was absolutely useless. She was rude, arrogant and ignorant. Other times I have been told that she is not it, only to see her standing outside minutes later smoking and laughing and talking with her little shadow that works in the office with her. They do nothing but smoke and socialize all day long while the rent payers are waiting for their simple repairs to be made.

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT move here!!! Take your time and look around and find a place that cares about the people that live there. This is definitely not the place.

The MANAGER is AWFUL!! If the people who owned this place new what was really going on they would make changes ASAP!!
