Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
 
Rent keeps getting higher and higher because they are "remodeling". I was told my rent was going up significantly due to the "market". Old buildings that creak, uptight female snobs for management that really have no business being managers. Probably a family business. It was fine until the rent got to almost $900. Area becoming more hoodish. One nice friendly whino wanders the area though.
