Going down hill - Holly Point on paper sounds great: beautiful landscaping, spacious apartments, controlled entrances....right. The security aspect of this apartment is a joke. There Might Be Better Options - I lived on 700 Montauk 303 for some time, and in my opinion the leasing agents only care about giving potential customers a good first impression. Quite and clean The move in condition of my apartment was like new and the grounds are kept clean.
All of my neighbors are quite and respectful. All the girls in the office have been very nice and were glad to help me with anything I needed. The location is great in 2 minutes im on the interstate.

OK This place is nice--great location. My only problem is the noise--I can hear when the people above me go to the bathroom, shower, have sex, etc. They have small children who are ALWAYS running and jumping. Other than that everything else is OK.

Good place to live but...... Good luck getting back your full deposit. I lived there for 2 years and had a walk through with staff before i left to make sure that everything was clean as requested by management. Everything was to their satisfaction, i was surprised to get a letter in the mail
