kingsbridge sucks this place sucks. The office staff is rude. Tina, the manager is a typical dumb azz blonde. Gap tooth BIOOOTCH. The other dumb lady in the office just props her feet up all day and chews gum. Donna is the only one who has any kind of intelligence.
The maintenance is horrible.

Moved here from Charleston, and this was the first apartment complex we chose. The Ladies at the front were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Though just living here a month so far, we have enjoyed it thoroughly and cant wait for many months to come.

GREAT PLACE I have lived here for over a year now and its been excellent. The location is very great as far as traffic goes especially if you work in the Norfolk/Virginia beach area. The staff is very helpful and solve problems promptly. Its been a good experience.

GREAT! This is a nice place to live. The amenities are super nice and the apartment was spotless when I moved in. Cheap security deposit too! The office staff is great, I have had bad experiences in the past with rude staff and it really makes a difference to have such helpful and cheery

Wonderful I am currently living at Adalay Bay. I must say when I first arrived the apartment was outstanding, it looked brand new. I dont know many apartment complexes with car washes, but Adalay has two bays. The staff at Adalay is always helpful and any maintenance issues are solved
