Happy In Holly - I have lived at Holly Point from 2008-2011. If the jobs in my profession in the area were better I wouldnt leave. There's good, and there's bad - I see alot of bad reviews, and I can't disagree with all the negative things said. First, the grounds are horrible. Excellent Place To Live!!! I lived at Green Tree from 2009 to 2011 and was very happy. The staff was very helpful and friendly and maintenance was very prompt. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. I would recommend these apartments if moving to the Chesapeake area!

A Decent Place to Live I've been a resident for 8.5 years. My only major complaint is that the air conditioning unit for my apartment is not large/powerful enough to properly cool my apartment. During the 2 hottest months of the year it is typically still 80 degrees in my apartment at bedtime.
