I lived at Arbor lake thru out my 6 month lease. At the time there..I was totally frustrated with the community. Why' because of the nosey a** nieghbors and the arrogant old maintence man that walks around. His name is "-----" and hes like the only maintenece man that walks around fixing things and at the same time "peeking" in and out of what is going on in your home and then going back to report it to them young ghetto girls in the office. The are all totally obnoxious and like the last tenant posted..every little thing is put on notice on your door everyyyy day! I was so sick of their little "professionalism" that i was happy to get out of thier little "clique" after 6 months. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

I agree with this review. To add to this, the mainteance man rides around after hours in different cars and watching who comes in and goes out in your apartment. The property manager, ----, tells lies right in your face and be standing in the community center looking who going in and out of your apartment. She stays in the office late at night pretending to be working and watching your apartment. She ask other residents about what is going on in your apartment. She has favorites who is allowed to get away with stuff. She has these parties that majority of the people don't attend, it is like walking through "devil advocates". She tries to charge you for everything and frankly they don't have a life. They harrass people and the favorites have free reign to do whatever the hell they want to. If you feel like being watch by perverts or people that don't have life, this is the community for you. Not mention the survey they sent out in which COporate Office can care less about what we residents are feeling. They need get off their butts and come and talk to the residents live so they can understand their pain.
