I love this place! I moved in years ago, and never had any problems with maintenance or the office staff. They are always friendly, smiling, and happy to help out with service requests or simple things like sending a fax. Eventually I moved out, but chose to move back here a second time when my circumstances changed. (I find the current staff even better than the previous one.) They have strict policies, but if you pay your rent, and behave considerately, you wouldn't have a negative opinion like those others. Of course they are concerned about the grounds, apartment interiors, residents and their guests, for lots of reasons. Safety for one! They have activities year round for adults, kids, and seniors; and everyone is invited. My family always attends, and we enjoy the company of our neighbors! I think that the people who speak so unkindly below, probably have some growing up to do!

Safety for one!**** Safety is not why they are worried about what the grounds look like---it is because they are subsidized by the federal government! If they lose that, then they would lose 99% of the tenants because they would have to pay comp. rent for the area..and it is not $745 for a 2bdrm! Get a clue..anything they do they appears like an upgrade for the residents, is actually something to cover their butts. **** I think that the people who speak so unkindly below, probably have some growing up to do! **** I can't speak for everyone here, but I have definately grown up but when I went in to check the place out (I passed it on the way to Waterside)...as soon as I walked in and said I wanted some information about the complex and maybe see a model, the response I received was 2 big sighs and the comment "I guess we aren't eating lunch now"...my response was "You can eat your lunch now because you just lost a potential tenant"--I didn't know that I couldn't have moved in anyway because of the income restriction...but they didn't know that. If the office staff is only concerned about when they are going to eat instead of taking care of tenants and future residents--that speaks volumes!!

hey moron- this place isnt government funded- read before you waste your time rambling on about a community you know nothing about- it is stupid people like you who think they know it all when actually you know nothing!
