Nice community. Maintenance is absolutely wonderful. The best I've seen!
Those who want to complain about maintennace and staff, why don't you just live somewhere else! Duh!!!

I agree. I think residents would be hard-pressed to find a better community with a better response-time to maintenance requests. I also think the staff offers superior customer service, pre- and post-movein. Every step of the way they worked with diligence, and professionalism when I was seeking a new home. I did my research, and am glad I chose to make Arbor Lake my home!
