Im a 21 yearold male and have lived here for roughly a year now. I cant complain about anything. The staff are awesome, although they do come off as overly friendly almost fake, yet they stick up to what they say. Nice place, the break in didnt seem that serious and ever since then police patrol at night, ive seen up to 5 cops patroling within 2 hours. Rent didnt go up once. Maintainence was quick to fix anything and everything. Nice layouts. Only thing I could think of to complain about is that the balconys arent covered with a roof.

I agree with you. Staff is very friendly. Maintainence is SUPER quick! What break in? It's soo quiet here, I never heard of a break in. Also your rent didn't go, well mine did and I have been here over a year. But I wouldn't move unless I win the lottery :)
