We have lived here almost a year, and just renewed our lease. I wish we hadnt. Something happen with our rent and the check bounced BAKC IN NOV!! They are letting us know now in March and gave us 4 days to pay 1000.00. I understand its our fault, but come on 4 days to pay' We cannot afford to live in these apartments anymore. They don't do anything for the community except let you know when rent is late, if there is a problem in the neighborhood. I was scated to answer every time they called because I thought it was going to be something bad ( when I know I didnt do anything ) I have rented apartments better for less. Pet fee is crazy!! $300 per dog and non refundable.

4 months after you bounced your check??? You didn't realize you had bounced your rent check!?!?!?!? I don't get where you are pissed about that. If you didn't like the pet fee then you shouldn't have gotten pets!
