We have lived here for a few months, but I can say we can't wait to get out of here already.
The parking is crazy! If you don't get home before five pm, you are going to have to walk a ways to get home.
Some of the staff members tell you that whatever problem you have they will fix, and as soon as you leave, nothing gets done.
The air conditioning sucks, we were told because the air conditioners were 20 years old, they were working as good as they could; that was it.
We were also told that the pipes kept freezing up and that was another reason and yet nothing was done, even after many phone calls.
The prices of these apartments are ridiculous, you are not getting what you pay for in my opinion.
The only reason we chose this place is because we are military, there wasn't anything available on post at that time, we couldn't afford to keep living in a motel, and this place had an apartment open, so we jumped on it.
That was our big mistake.

You should do what I did. Document every conversation with the office and document every failure on their end in the lease. Take your list to the legal assistance office on post and they will assist you in breaking the lease legally. I personally have what sounds and feels like a diving team living upstairs from me and the office has done nothing, telling me to deal with my neighbors that violate their rules. Pair that with the fact that I had to wrap my heater/ac in gorilla tape so the heat/cold would leave my closet. Once they bring the military housing review board back to Lee, I will be the first in line to plead my case as to why this place should be off limits to Soldiers.

Personally I have to deal with someone running from one end of the apartment to the other starting at 6:00AM in the morning. I suppose it is their kid, who also jumps off of furniture. Every day I have to adjust the pictures in my apartment because of this. Not to mention that they do not follow the quite hours and run their washing machine at 6:00AM. If you live there, you know that the washer in the apartment above you might as well be in your bedroom.
